The SDRO900-8XT from Synergy Microwave Corporation is a 9 GHz Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO). It has an output power of more than 1 dBm with a phase noise of -152 dBc/Hz (@1 MHz offset). This 50-ohm DRO has a DC tuning voltage range from 1 to 10 V and a tuning sensitivity of 1 MHz/V. It provides a harmonic suppression of 21 dBc. The oscillator requires a DC supply of 8 V and consumes less than 25 mA of current.
