The PmT DRO-7000 Series from Princeton Microwave Technology are Dielectric Resonator Oscillators that operate from 17 to 24 GHz. These mechanically tuned oscillators have a tuning range of 10 MHz and deliver an output power from 3-13 dBm. They have a phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @100 kHz offset, harmonics of -20 dBc, and a spurious level of -60 dBc. These oscillators require a DC supply of 15 V and draw up to 75 mA of current. They consist of MESFETs and BJTs and have an internal voltage regulator. These oscillators are available in a module with SMA Female connectors.
