The PmT DRO-SMT from Princeton Microwave Technology are Dielectric Resonant Oscillators (DROs) that can be customized to operate from 6 to 24 GHz. They have a low phase noise of -80 dBc at 10 kHz offset and temperature stability of ±0.05%. The DROs provide an output power of over 13 dBm with less than 75 mA of current consumption. They have a mechanical tuning range of ±10 MHz and an electrical tuning range of ±5 MHz from their customized oscillation frequency. These DROs are available in a surface-mount module with SMA female connectors.
