The DRO100 from Synergy Microwave is a Dielectric Resonant Oscillator (DRO) that operates at 10 GHz. It has a low phase noise of -111 dBc at 10 kHz offset and provides an output power of more than 8 dBm while operating over a 7 to 10 volt supply. The DRO has a tuning voltage from 1 to 15 V and a tuning sensitivity of 0.4 MHz/V. It is available in a connectorized module.
