The SDRO800-8 from Synergy Microwave is an 8 GHz Dielectric Resonator Oscillator. The DRO has a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset. It has a tuning voltage from 1 to 10 V with a tuning sensitivity of 1.5 MHz/V. It requires a supply of 8 V to operate. This DRO delivers an output power of more than 1 dBm and has a harmonic suppression of 34 dBc. It is RoHS compliant and is available in a surface-mount package.
