The IPP-3013 from Innovative Power Products is a Dual Directional Coupler that operates from 100 to 1000 MHz. It can handle up to 200 W of input power and provides 50 dB (±1 dB) of coupling with a directivity of more than 20 dB. The coupler has an insertion loss of less than 0.25 dB and a VSWR of under 1.25:1. It is available in a module that measures 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.57 inches with SMA connectors.
