The CNT-104R from Pendulum Instruments is a Quad-Channel Rubidium Frequency Calibrator/Analyzer that operates up to 400 MHz (optional RF input bandwidth up to 24 GHz available). This instrument combines an ultra-stable Rubidium frequency reference with a multi-channel frequency analyzer, resulting in a one-box solution that caters to ultra-high precision calibration applications. It performs parallel and independent time and frequency measurements by leveraging gap-free technology, thereby simplifying the verification of period, pulse width, rise/fall time, slew rate, and voltage parameters. It has a frequency accuracy of better than 1 x 10-11 and a timing resolution of less than 10 ns to UTC for time calibration.
The CNT-104R includes an optional GNSS receiver to discipline the oscillator in the field to eliminate any frequency drift. It has a built-in touchscreen that offers a convenient way to configure parameters and view results on the display. This frequency calibrator/analyzer is available in a benchtop enclosure and is ideal for high-end advanced metrology applications.
