The KMTS2500-30525-10 from Synergy Microwave is a tunable frequency synthesizer with an output frequency range from 300 to 5250 MHz and a step size of 1 Hz. The synthesizer provides an output power of more than 6 dBm and require an external reference of 10 MHz. The synthesized signal has a low phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset with harmonics of 10 dB and spurious of 20 dB. It is available in a module with SMA connectors.
