The RFS12000C-LF from Z-COMM is a 12 GHz Fixed PLL Frequency Synthesizer that delivers up to 3 dBm of output power. It incorporates a 10 MHz TCXO reference oscillator, has a phase noise of -86 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and a settling time of 1 ms. The synthesizer module requires a 3.3 V of power supply while drawing 15 mA of current for the PLL and requires a 5 V of power supply for the VCO while drawing 95 mA of current.
