The SFS7500D-LF from Z-Communications is a plug and play fixed frequency PLO designed to produce a fixed signal at 7500 MHz when utilized with an external 10 MHz reference oscillator. It has a low phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz, -95 dBc/Hz, and -124 dBc/Hz at the 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz offsets, respectively. The PLO is designed to deliver a nominal output power of -3 dBm while operating off a VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc, drawing 120 mA and a phase locked loop voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 11 mA. This unmatched product has a harmonic suppression of -30 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc.

It is available in a standard SFS-L1 package that measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.22 inches and is also available in tape and reel packaging. The SFS7500D-LF is well suited for test systems and radar applications requiring operation over the temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
