The MAMF-010614 from MACOM is a small size integrated SPDT switch and LNA with Bypass Mode for front end WLAN 802.11 a,n,ac applications. It operates from 5 GHz to 6 GHZ. The switch has a high isolation of 19 dB(Rx Path), a low insertion loss of 0.9 dB (Tx Path) and 6 dB (Rx Path). The amplifier has a gain of 12 dB and a noise figure of 2.2 dB. It is housed in a compact 2mm x 2mm 12-lead STQFN package.
