The MAMF-011133 from MACOM is an Integrated Dual-Channel SPDT Switch and LNA Module that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It includes two Antenna Switches and two 2-stage low noise amplifiers (the second stage LNAs can be bypassed). This module has an RF switching time of 500 ns and provides isolation of more than 41 dB between the Rx channels.

In Rx mode, it provides a gain of up to 35 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.7 dB. In the Tx mode, it has an insertion loss of less than 0.35. The module features integrated control circuitry with 1.8 V and 3.3V logic compatibility. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 115 mA of current. This module is available in a 40-lead QFN package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is ideal for 5G massive MIMO, wireless infrastructure, and TDD-based communication system applications.
