The QFP4519 from Qorvo is an integrated Front End Module for 802.11 a/n/ac systems. This FEM integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier, SPDT Switch and a bypassable LNA in to a single compact package. The PA is optimized for a 5V supply and conserves power consumption while maintaining a high linearity and throughput.
The receive path has been developed such that external filtering can be added in the optimal position. Integrated Die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 2.4 GHz rejection for DBDC operation is included.
