The RFFM8850P is dual band front end module for Wi-Fi® 802.11b/g/n/a/ac and Bluetooth® systems. It is an integrated Switch + LNA solution which is internally matched to 50 ohms. This FEM integrates a 2.4 GHz SP3T Transmit/Receive Switch, a 5 GHz SP2T Transmit/Receive Switch, a 2.4 GHz Low Noise Amplifier with bypass mode, and a 5 GHz Low Noise Amplifier with bypass mode. It is available in a compact 2.3 mm x 2.3 mm QFN package.
