The SE2620T is a complete 802.11 b/g/n WLAN RF front-end module with a Bluetooth port for wireless applications in the 2.4 GHz band. It consists of a power amplifier, power detector, harmonic filter, switch, low noise amplifier with on chip matching. The FEM operates at a 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply and is available in a compact 3 x 3 x 0.6 mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
