The SKY65713-11 is a Front-End Module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre-filter designed for Beidou/GPS/GNSS receiver applications. The module has a small signal gain of 16.5 dB, a low noise figure of 1.6 dB and an excellent out-of-band rejection. It is mounted in an 8 pin, 1.1 x 1.5 mm small multi-chip module (MCM) package, which allows for a highly manufacturable low-cost solution.
