The SKY85202-11 is a Flip Chip FEM that consists of an integrated SP3T switch and a low noise amplifier with bypass mode. It has been developed for switching between WLAN receive and WLAN transmit in 2.4 GHz 802.11ac systems. The module is available in a small, 15-bump, 1.04 x 1.04 mm Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP).
