The SKY85750-11 from Skyworks is 5 GHz WLAN Front End Module for 802.11ax Applications. The module consists of a Low Noise Amplifier with bypass, SPDT Tx/Rx switch, a digital pre-distortion (DPD) coupler, Power Amplifier with an integrated logarithmic power detector to provide a closed-loop power control system. On the Tx side it provides an output power of 18 dBm with a gain of 30 dB and on the Rx side provides a gain of 13.5 dB. This highly efficient module is available in a small LGA (16-pin, 3 x 3 mm) package with MSL3, 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020 standards. It is ideal for Wireless Audio/Video systems, PC cards, PCMCIA cards, mini-cards, and half mini-cards, Routers, Extenders, Access points, and Gateways Applications.
