The SKY85752-88A from Skyworks is a 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 Front-End Module. It is based on Skyworks ICE Technology for high efficiency, energy-saving operation and complies with the IEEE 802.11ax WLAN standard. This module has an integrated 5 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 5 GHz high-gain, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and a non-linear power amplifier (PA). It has LNA and PA disable functions to ensure low leakage current in off mode. The module has an integrated compensated logarithmic power detector to provide closed-loop power control within the system. It provides a gain of 32 dB (Tx mode) and 15 dB (Rx mode).
The SKY85752-88A is available in a 24-pin LGA package that measures 3.00 x 5.00 x 1.24 mm and is ideal for indoor & outdoor Wi-Fi 6 networking systems, wireless audio/video, routers & gateways, and WLAN-enabled wireless video streaming system applications.
