The SKY85813-11 from Skyworks is a Dual-Band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) 802.11ac Front-End Module. This FEM integrates a 5 GHz SPDTtransmit/receive switch, low-noise amplifier with bypass, and power amplifier. It also contains a 2 GHz coexistence filter, diplexer, and dual-band coupler.
The SKY85813-11 provides 17 dBm of output power and a gain of 26 dB on the Tx side. On the receive side, it provides a gain of 10 dB.
This FEM requires a 3.7 V supply voltage. It is available in a compact, 24-pin 3 x 3 x 0.8 mm package and is ideal for 802.11ac smartphones, Wi-Fi enabled mobiles and SiP modules for embedded systems applications.
