The IQXO-439-25 from IQD Frequency Products is a Crystal Oscillator that operates from 50 to 250 MHz. It provides an LVPECL output with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm and a phase jitter of less than 0.5 ps (RMS). This oscillator has a start-up time of less than 10 ms and a rise/fall time of 0.6 ns. It requires a DC supply of 2.5 V and consumes less than 57 mA of current. The oscillator is available in a hermetically-sealed ceramic package (with a metal lid) that measures 2.05 x 1.65 mm and is ideal for use in 5G, Ethernet (10G/100G/1000G), fiber channel, IoT, SONET/SDH, and wearables.
