CXOXLPNR Image

The CXOXLPNR from Statek are ultra-miniature Crystal Oscillators for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications that operates from 20 to 125 MHz. This range of 30 kRad tolerant, ultra-high shock, low phase-noise oscillators is ideal for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications. Capable of withstanding shocks of up to 100,000g, the new CXOXLPNR surface mount components are housed in hermetically sealed ceramic 3.2 x 2.5-mm packages with an operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C.

The CXOXLPNR Oscillators deliver a low voltage CMOS output with a low phase-noise of -165 dBc/Hz at 125 MHz (20 MHz offset) combined with a typical low RMS phase jitter of 150 fs from 12 kHz to 20 MHz and low acceleration sensitivity. Output frequencies from 20 to 125 MHz are available with a supply voltage range from 1.8- to 3.3-V ±10%.

The oscillators are ideal for use in small satellites, command & data handling (C&DH), communications, navigation, and GPS applications. It has high shock resistance and an option for full military testing is also available.
