The TW3752AJ from Tallysman Wireless is a Single-Band Anti-Jam GNSS Antenna. It employs Tallysman’s unique Accutenna technology to provide single band GPS/QZSS-L1, GLONASS-G1, Galileo-E1, and BeiDou-B1 coverage, including the satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS) available in the region of operation [WAAS (North America), EGNOS (Europe), MSAS (Japan), or GAGAN (India)]. This RHCP-antenna has an anti-jam feature that modifies the radiation pattern of the GNSS antenna such that it is “deaf” to signals arriving from 10° below and 15° above the horizon while slightly increasing the gain of the antenna at zenith. It has been designed to mitigate out-of-band signals and prevent GNSS antenna saturation.
The TW3752AJ has a precision-tuned, dual feed patch element. The signals from the two orthogonal feeds are combined in a hybrid combiner, amplified in a wideband LNA, then band-split for narrow filtering and further amplified before recombination at the output. It also has a strong pre-filter to mitigate inter-modulated signal interference from LTE and other cellular bands. The in-built LNAs provides a gain of more than 50 dB with a noise figure of 3 dB and an output P1dB of 11 dBm. They require a DC supply from 2.7 to 26 V and consume less than 30 mA of current.
The TW3752AJ antenna is available in an IP67-rated through-hole enclosure that measure 100 (Dia.) x 102 (H) mm with L-bracket or pipe mount options. It is ideal for ground-based high-accuracy and mission-critical global positioning, timing and law enforcement and public safety applications.
