The M20050-1 from Antenova is a GNSS receiver with an integrated antenna that supports GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO and BeiDou. It is based on the MediaTek MT3333 flash chip and has an acquisition sensitivity of -163 dBm and tracking sensitivity of -165 dBm. The module offers indoor and outdoor multi-path detection and compensation. It has an accurate 0.5 ppm TXCO that ensures short TTFF (Time To First Fix), has an active interference cancellation (AIC) feature and can run three GNSS systems simultaneously to enhance location and TTFF considerably. The GNSS receiver requires a DC supply from 2.8 to 4.2 V and has several power modes for low power consumption. It is available in a 13.8 x 9.5 x 1.8 mm, ultra-small SMD package and is ideal for wearable devices, asset tracking/ personal safety, navigation devices and smartwatches, and sports cameras / equipment applications.
