The ML8089F from Navia is a GNSS Module with a built-in LNA and SAW filter. It is based on the STA8089G SoC from the Teseo III family and can support dead reckoning by connecting the accelerometer, gyroscope, odometer, and the signal of a backing. It has a sensitivity of -162 dBm and a positioning accuracy of 1.5 m. This module includes an LDO that transforms the input voltage of 3.3 V (3.0-3.6 V) into 1.8 V to act as a supply for the core (the navigation chip) and the active internal periphery. In the low consumption mode, including “sleep,” the core disconnects this LDO.
