The SiRFstar V 5e B02 from Qualcomm is GNSS SoC that is optimized to enable highly accurate location positioning for devices including mobile phones, cameras, and health and fitness products. It supports fully-concurrent GPS, GLONASS, COMPASS, QZSS, Beidou, SBAS and, Galileo constellations. This GNSS SoC ensures high accuracy, embedded extended ephemeris, for faster time to first fix (TTFF). Advanced low power technologies are designed to allow the device to deliver high performance while saving power.
The SiRFstarV 5e B02 is available in a 0.4mm pitch Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) and a 0.5 mm pitch Ball Grid Array (BGA) for low-cost PCB applications. The GNSS SoC can get fast location fixes for geo-tagging images or videos, asset tracking and fitness applications.
