The NEO-F10T from u-Blox is a Dual-Band GNSS Receiver Module with nanosecond-level timing accuracy for demanding infrastructure applications. It can provide excellent timing accuracy without the need of an external GNSS correction service. Additionally, when within the operational area of a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS), this module offers the possibility to improve the timing performance by using the ionospheric corrections provided by the SBAS system. This module supports GPS, QZSS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and NavIC constellations (L1/L5/E5a configuration) and is ideal for global deployments.
The NEO-F10T supports SBAS constellations like WAAS, EGNOS, L1Sb, and GAGAN to improve timing performance by using the ionospheric corrections provided by the SBAS system. It has a single RF input for all the GNSS bands and dual SAW filters for exceptional signal selectivity and out-of-band attenuation. This module has a built-in RTC crystal and TCXO to meet the stringent timing synchronization requirements in 5G mobile networks on a global scale. By significantly reducing the time error of the primary source of cellular network synchronization, this module helps operators maximize the performance of their networks and optimize 5G communications.
This GNSS receiver module has a cold start time of 26 sec, a reacquisition time of 1 sec, and a tracking & navigation sensitivity of -167 dBm. It features active CW detection/removal and dual onboard bandpass filters for anti-jamming capabilities with advanced anti-spoofing algorithms. The module requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 3.6 V and consumes 19 mA of current. The NEO-F10T is available in a 24-pin LCC package that measures 12.2 x 16 x 2.4 mm and can be controlled via a UART interface.
