The mosaic-H from Septentrio is a High-Precision Positioning and Heading GNSS Receiver Module. It has a dual antenna design that provides unmatched automation and navigation performance in both static and dynamic states. Its ultra-small dimensions and low power consumption make it ideal navigation and control solution for robotics, UAVs and autonomous applications which require ultra-robust and secure positioning and heading. The module supports American GPS, European Galileo, Russian GLONASS, Chinese BeiDou, Japan’s QZSS and India’s NavIC satellite constellations.
With dual antenna GNSS, heading & pitch or heading & roll information is available immediately from the start, removing the reliance on movement and helping initialization of INS solutions. It also provides an alternative to magnet-based heading sensors, which can be affected by metal.
The module features Advanced Interference Monitoring and Mitigation (AIM+ technology) which offers built-in protection against intentional and unintentional jamming and spoofing using a sophisticated system of sampling and mitigation mechanisms. It also provides protection against interference from nearby RF devices to provide robust continuous operation and includes advanced protection against ionospheric disturbances.
The integrated Advanced Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM+) comprises of fault detection mechanisms of the receiver. The mosaic-H includes an intuitive web user interface for easy operation and monitoring which allows the receiver to be controlled from any mobile device or computer.
