The PSL-13D414D2-CD-PP from Planar Monolithic Industries is a Switch Limiter that operates from 13.4 to 14.2 GHz. It can handle an average input power of up to 10 W at the switch and up to 1 W at the limiter. The switch limiter has an insertion loss of less than 1.3 dB and provides blanking isolation of more than 40 dB. The limiter has a leakage power of 20 dBm. It has a rise/fall time of less than 20 ns and a recovery time of less than 100 ns. This switch limiter will turn off under the +10 mA bias condition and be driven into an insertion loss state under a –10 mA bias condition.
