The GMXO-PLM from Wenzel Associates is Multiplied Crystal Oscillator that provides a frequency output from 200 MHz to 12 GHz. This unique oscillator consists of a fixed frequency, low noise PLO with a noise floor as low as -190 dBc/Hz with one or more frequency multiplier stages to create the required output frequency. The GMXO-PLM provides good temperature stability and excellent spectral purity. It requires a DC supply of 15 V and has an internal voltage regulator that provides excellent power supply line rejection. The oscillator is available in a module with varying sizes depending on the number of multiplier stages with SMA-female connectors and is suitable for military, radar systems, test equipment, instruments, and reference source applications.
