The NJR2845AE Series from Nisshinbo Micro Devices are Ku-Band PLL Low Noise Blocks that down-convert an input frequency (RF) from 10.95-11.7 GHz to an output frequency (IF) from 950-1700 MHz. They provide a linear gain of more than 52 dB and have a noise figure of less than 1.0 dB. These PLL LNBs integrate a 2-stage HEMT amplifier and a block down-converter with a phase-locked local oscillator that is synchronized with either an internal high stability TCXO or an external 10 MHz reference. They require a DC supply from +10 to +24 V and consume less than 200 mA of current.
These LNBs are available in IP67-rated weather-proof enclosures that measure 82.2 x 40.0 x 40.0 mm and have a WR-75 waveguide (with groove) input interface and an N-type (50 ?)/F-type (70 ?) female output connector.
