The PTP 700 from Cambium Networks is a Point-to-Multi-Point Backhaul Link for mission-critical communications in government, industrial and public safety spaces. The single radio operates from 4.4 to 5.9 GHz, provides a throughput of up to 450 Mbps and can reach up to 124 miles using channel sizes from 5 to 45 MHz. It can transmit up to 27 dBm of power and has a receiver sensitivity of up to -97 dBm with 5 MHz channel.
The PTP 700 link supports BPSK and 256 QAM modulations and Dynamic Spectrum Optimization (DSO) for channel selection. The outdoor unit (ODU) is available in two versions –One with an integrated panel antenna and the other with a high gain dish antenna. It has been specifically designed for secure connectivity, cybersecurity, threat prevention, and harsh environmental conditions.
The radio supports NTIA Redbook / NATO Band IV and FCC/ ETSI requirements.
