The RFS-G90G93750X+ from Mini-Circuits is a Programmable Solid-State Signal Source that operates in the ISM Band from 902 to 928 MHz. This signal source provides an output power (CW and Pulse) from 2 to 750 W. It consists of a signal generator and a high-power amplifier in a single unit. This signal source can also be configured to operate as a standalone high-power amplifier that delivers an output power of 750 W(~58.75 dBm) with a gain of 59 dB and an efficiency of 63%. It offers several advantages over traditional magnetrons such as having a longer lifespan, frequency tuning, better frequency stability, precise control of output power, and lower power supply voltage. 

 This signal source can be controlled via a USB interface to monitor parameters such as amplifier temperature, load termination temperature, current, supply voltage, forward power, and reverse power. It also includes full software support with API and programming instructions for Windows and Linux environments. This signal source requires a DC supply of 50 V and consumes 24 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 146.20 x 73.69 x 87.6 mm with MCX and 7/16-DIN (female) connectors. This RoHS-compliant signal source is ideal for RF Energy applications including food processing, plasma generation, chemistry, materials processing, plasma surface treatment, and agriculture applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
