The WPG24S25500 from WAVEPIA is an RF Signal Generator that operates in the ISM-Band from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It delivers an output power of 500 W with an efficiency of 56%. This generator has output power control over the range from 50 to 500 W with a power resolution of 10 W and phase control from 0° to 180° with a phase resolution of 5.625°. It can be controlled via an RS-232 interface to monitor forward and reflected power and ensure optimal performance. This generator is equipped with a soft start function for high reliability and safety. It requires a DC supply of 32 V. 

This microwave generator is available in a module that measures 230 x 95 x 30 mm and has N-type (female) connectors. It is ideal for plasma lighting systems, RF heating and drying, solid-state microwave ovens, bio/health sciences, and semiconductor equipment applications.
