The AA-618G-300 from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid-State Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 300 W with a power gain of 55 dB and harmonics of better than -20 dBc. This class-AB amplifier has built-in protection circuits and it is suitable for all single-channel modulation standards. The SSPA is available as a rack-mounted system that measures 482 x 311 x 600 mm with N-type connectors at the input and WRD650 waveguide interface at the output side. It requires an AC voltage of 180 to 260 V and consumes less than 5kW of power.
