The AWMAg-L/S Series from Advantech Wireless are GaN SSPAs that operate from 1.760 to 2.160 GHz covering L- and S-bands. They deliver a saturated output power of 400 W (+56.0 dBm), 500 W (+57.0 dBm), or 600 W (+58.0 dBm) with a gain of more than 70 dB. These SSPAs have a gain adjustment range of 20 dB in 0.1 dB steps and a VSWR of 1.5:1 (input) & 1.3:1 (output). They have a noise power density of -75 dBm/Hz and spurious levels of less than -60 dBc. These amplifiers have a residual AM noise of less than -80 dBc and a residual phase noise of less than -130 dBc/Hz (continuous). 

The AWMAg-L/S Series SSPAs require an AC supply of 190-265 V and consume less than 2400 W of power. They can be controlled via RS485/Ethernet interfaces. These amplifiers are available in a hubmount rugged weatherproof outdoor package that measures 565.2 x 406.4 x 195.1 mm and has N-type female connectors (for input and output sample ports) & a DIN 7/16 connector (for RF output). They are ideal for satellite TT&C and deep space communication applications.
