The SSPA 0.020-1.000-350 from Aethercomm is a high power broadband SSPA that operates from 20 to 1000 MHz. This GaN Amplifier provides an output power of 350 watts with a PAE of 40-50% and small signal gain of 60 dB. It has been designed to be used in systems where high power, high efficiency and linearity are required across a large frequency spectrum. This SSPA can be blanked on and off in 10uSec maximum. Standard features include reverse polarity protection, over-temperature protection, and over/under voltage protection.
It has been tested to withstand MIL-STD-810 high shock and vibration requirements. It is available in a module that measures 5.0" X 10.5" X 3.0" in and weighs less than 9 lbs.
