The AMT-A0421 from Agile Microwave Technologies is a Power Amplifier that operates from 35 to 40 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 40 dB and an output P1dB of 30 dBm (~1W) with a noise figure of 12 dB. This power amplifier uses AMTI’s proprietary matching technology for internal matching to 50 Ohms, and it is DC-blocked. It requires a supply voltage of 8 V and consumes less than 8 A of current.
