The AKA-1310D from Akoustis Technologies is a cascadable broadband InGaP HBT (hetero-junction bipolar transistor) amplifier MMIC that operates from 100 MHz to 14 GHz.  The amplifier has a P1 dB of 14.4 dBm with a gain of 12.5 dB (0.8 dB variation) and noise figure of 5.5 dB. It requires a 4.5 V DC supply and has a current consumption of 79 mA. The amplifier is matched to 50 ohms and is available as a die. It is ideal for Commercial, Military, Linear & Saturated, VSAT and point-to-point radio applications.
