The ARF1207 from Altum RF is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates in the V-band from 57 to 71 GHz. It provides more than 20 dB of gain with a noise figure of 5 dB and saturated output power of 22 dBm. This linear amplifier has in-built ESD protection to simplify handling and assembly. It requires a DC bias voltage of 4 V and draws 250 mA of current. The amplifier is available as a bare die and is suitable for use in radio, ISM, and test & measurement applications.
