The ARF1208L5 from Altum RF is a Low Noise Driver Amplifier that operates from 37 to 59 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 19 dBm with a small signal gain of 28 dB and has a noise figure of 2.8 dB. This amplifier is pre-matched to 50 ohms, ESD protected and housed in a laminate package to simplify handling and assembly. It requires a DC voltage of 4 V and consumes 100 mA of current.
