The APTMP4-01001800-1520-D4 from AmpliTech is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It provides more than 35 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 1.5 dB and a P1dB of 20 dBm. The LNA is fabricated using state-of-the-art PHEMT technology and is MIL-883 and MIL-45208 certified. It has internal DC regulators which allow DC supply from 11 to 24 V and consumes less than 350 mA of current. The LNA is available in a module with SMA-Female connectors and is ideal for military and commercial applications such as ECM testing, instrumentation, SATCOM systems, radar systems, and test systems.
