The ADH313S from Analog Devices is a Gain Block Amplifier that operates from DC to 6 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 17 dB with a noise figure of 6.5 dB. It has an OIP3 of up to 27 dBm and an P1dB of 14 dBm. The amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output for ease of use.
