The ADL8105 from Analog Devices is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 5 to 20 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 20.5 dBm more than 24.5 dB gain and has a noise figure of 1.8 dB (12 – 17 GHz). The LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 90 mA of current. It is available in an 8-lead LFCSP package that measures 2.00 x 2.00 x 0.85 mm with inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50-ohms. This amplifier is ideal for use in satellite communication, telecommunication, civilian radar, military radar, and electronic warfare applications.
