The HMC753 from Analog Devices is a GaAs, HEMT MMIC low noise amplifier that operates from 1 GHz to 11 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 18 dBm, a noise figure of 1.5 dB, an IP3 of 30 dBm with a small signal gain of 16.5 dB. The amplifier requires a 5 V power supply and draws 55 mA of current. It is housed in a 24-Lead lead frame chip scale (LFCSP) package that measures 4 x 4 mm. The amplifier can be used in point-to-point radios, military & space, point-to-multipoint radios applications.
