The ARQSP3336-4 from iCANA is an RF Power Amplifier that operates from 3.3 to 3.6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of up to 35.4 dBm (~3.46 W) with a power gain of more than 35 dB and a PAE of 25%. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and is available in a Surface Mount LGA 16-pin package that measures 5 x 5 x 1.1 mm. It is ideal for 3GPP 4G 5G bands, FDD & TDD systems, repeater/DAS, wireless communication infrastructure and general-purpose wireless applications.
