The ATEK161P5 from ATEK MIDAS is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 1 to 24 GHz. It provides 15 dB of gain with a noise figure of 2 dB (at 10 GHz) and has a P1dB of 14 dBm. This LNA can be used up to 30 GHz and allows users to easily realize wideband receiver frontends. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 65 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5 x 5 mm with the RF input and output matched to 50 ohms internally.
