The 3871 Series from Ceyear are Solid-State Power Amplifiers that operate from 9 kHz to 110 GHz. These SSPAs deliver a saturated output power of up to 200 W (~53 dBm) with a gain of more than 36 dB. They allow the gain and output power to be adjusted with a step accuracy of 0.1 dB and include internal automatic level control circuits for fixed and stable output power. These amplifiers are designed with broad bandwidth, high gain and power, a wide dynamic range, low spurious levels, and are extremely load tolerant, which makes them suitable for test instruments covering multiple frequency bands. They include multiple protection features such as real-time monitoring of internal temperature (high-temperature alarm and automatic protection), real-time monitoring of reflected power (mismatch alarm and automatic protection), and real-time monitoring of fan working status (fan working alarm and automatic protection).
The 3871 Series SSPAs include a display and can be controlled remotely via GPIB or LAN. They are available in standard 4U 19-inch or 5U or customized chassis and are suitable for both rack-mounted and benchtop applications. These amplifiers are suitable for applications such as electronic counter measurement, antenna testing, laboratory instrumentation, and electromagnetic compatibility/electromagnetic interference test, as well as narrower band applications like radar, microwave imaging, satellite communications, etc. The RF inputs and outputs are matched to 50 Ω and driver amplification and bias and gain control are integrated into it. These SSPAs require an AC supply from 100-220 V.
