The M2M PT1233D from Parsec is a high performance low noise GaAs amplifier that operates from 50 to 2100 MHz. It provides a gain of 23.5 dB, an IP3 of 22.9 dBm and has a noise figure of 0.75 dB. It is ideal for GPS, Mobile TV, DAB, RKE, AMR, Cellular, LTE, Zigbee, SDARS, Wi-Fi and WYLAN Applications. This low noise amplifier requires a supply voltage of 3.3/5 V and is available in a 06-ETSLP package which measures 1.3 x 2.0 mm. It is matched to 50 Ohms.
