The CL-3010 from Criteria Labs is a module that consists of a Limiter and a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 4 to 20 GHz. It provides an adjustable gain of 17 dB and has a noise figure of 2 dB. The module can handle CW input power of up to 4 W, operates over a DC supply of 5 V and typically consumes 100 mA of current. It is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both the inputs and outputs and is qualified for military and space applications.
The CL-3010 is available in a hermetically sealed space qualified package that measures 7 x 7 mm and is suitable for a wide range of applications like electronic countermeasures (ECM), phased arrays, wideband gain blocks / low noise amplifiers (LNAs). It has been screened and qualified to MIL-PRF-38538 Class Q & Class V.
